Our apartment information standards
We help renters compare apartments in Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston and Austin. Our guides combine property directory records, neighborhood research and practical apartment-search advice. They are not a substitute for confirming current leasing terms directly with a community.
Apartment availability and prices
Published bedroom starting rents, when shown, are dated snapshots. They are not live quotes or proof of availability. Snapshots older than 90 days are flagged on property pages. Confirm rent, concessions, deposits, mandatory fees and availability with the leasing office before applying.
Amenities and building details
We publish amenity claims only when supported by confirmed fields in our property records. Amenities, hours, fees and access policies can change. Missing amenities in our directory should not be interpreted as unavailable at the property.
Management and leasing contacts
Management companies, phone numbers and tour links can change. Where a direct tour link is unavailable, the property may provide an official contact form or another leasing contact route. A missing field means our directory has not recorded it, not that the service does not exist.
Neighborhood research
Grant's lifestyle scores are comparative assessments on a 0–10 scale. Social Life, Meeting Singles and Nightlife ratings are neighborhood-level research, not demographic counts or promises about any individual experience. Unrated factors are never treated as zero.
How to use this information
Compare several properties, review your commute from the exact address, and confirm time-sensitive details with the leasing office. Ask Grant can help organize your search, and TourZippy can help you plan visits.
