Grant’s direct answer

The 23 is one of my strongest central-Dallas starting choices for recent graduates because it combines true high-rise living, substantial amenities, Victory Park walkability, and access to restaurants, sports, concerts, and nearby central neighborhoods. It can also provide a stronger social environment than many standalone luxury buildings. The principal tradeoff is event activity around American Airlines Center, including traffic, crowds, parking pressure, and noise. Renters should compare the exact unit, view, fees, parking, access controls, current management, and event exposure. The 23 belongs on the tour as a benchmark—not as an automatic answer for every renter.
