Strong concessions may also make selected units more attainable than the advertised base rent suggests. The tradeoffs can include Downtown parking costs, arrival logistics, event traffic, recurring building fees, and block-specific nighttime conditions. Renters should verify the exact unit, view, concession, parking arrangement, mandatory fees, management, and commute. It is best for someone who genuinely wants Downtown high-rise living rather than simply the shortest possible distance to entertainment.
