The Heights—particularly Lower Heights—often provides the stronger everyday walking lifestyle for recent graduates through Washington Avenue, restaurants, nightlife, and selected trail access. Greater Heights has useful pockets near West 19th and West 20th Streets. EaDo offers excellent Downtown proximity and improving destination access, but its practical walkability remains property- and block-specific.
