Quick answer
A high-rise is not automatically social. The Rone Residences, Modera Waugh, Parkside Residences, Drewery Place, and selected River Oaks towers can provide good social potential when residents actively use amenities and management holds consistent programming. Ask how often events occur, whether they are weekly or only occasional, how many residents attend, who plans them, and which amenity spaces are actually active. Also consider the surrounding neighborhood: a building near restaurants, parks, or nightlife provides additional opportunities beyond internal events. Social potential comes from repeated interaction, not simply a beautiful pool or resident lounge.
