Dallas consists of many different neighborhoods. They have a unique feel to them, availability of apartments and attractions. The HOT SPOTS of Dallas tend to be more popular for new grads because they have a lot to walk to for new college grads and are extremely popular.  But, other grads might prefer living farther away.

Here is a quick reason to live in certain areas:

    • Have Downtown Views: Uptown North, Uptown South, Downtown
    • Hot Spot Areas: Uptown North/South, Addison, Shops at Legacy (Plano), Las Colinas
    • Live Close to the Airport: Addison, Uptown North/South, Downtown, Las Colinas
    • Live near lots of New Grads: Uptown North, Uptown South, Addison
    • Less than 30 minutes from work: Just about all areas we work with
    • Little Less in Rent but not far from Work: East Dallas, Oak Lawn, Medical District
    • Popular with INTERNS: Village, Downtown
    • Most popular Areas if working in Plano: West Plano, Shops at Legacy, Addison, Uptown
